Tiramisu with Mascarpone, a delight of Italian cuisine. For your dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

For Cookies:

– 100 grams flour
– 5 egg whites + 4 egg yolks
– 120 grams of sugar
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking powder

For Mascarpone Filling:

– 36 cl of whipping cream
– 5 egg yolks
– 100 grams of sugar
– 240 g mascarpone cheese
– 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
– 35 grams cocoa powder

Preparation:

Preparation of Cookies:

First preheat your oven to 180° and line a plate with baking paper.
Then, in a bowl, beat the egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes… Keep in the fridge.
In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.

Take the egg whites out of the fridge then add half to the egg yolk mixture with half the flour mixture and stir with a spoon.
Then add the remaining egg whites to the rest of the flour mixture and mix again with a spoon.
Fill a pastry bag with your dough then shape your cookies on a baking sheet – a length of 4 to 6 cm – then put in the oven for 8 minutes… let cool afterwards.

Preparation of Mascarpone Filling:

First of all, beat the whipping cream in a bowl with your mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes…keep it in the fridge.
In a heatproof bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a pot of slightly boiling water for 10 minutes.
Take out the cup from the vessel and keep it in another vessel filled with cold or ice water.
Then add mascarpone cheese on top and add whipped cream, mix well and mix by stirring with a spoon.

Assembling Tiramisu:

First sprinkle your cookies with coffee liqueur and let them soak.
Place 1/3 of your cookies in a single layer on the bottom of a dish and then spread 1/3 of your mascarpone with a spatula.
Then layer 1/3 of your cookies followed by the last layer of cookies and filling, and then a layer of 1/3 of the filling.
Then sprinkle everything with cocoa powder and put your dish in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Finally, here’s your tiramisu with mascarpone, serve it up and everyone has a good appetite.
