Tiramisu with Apples and Mascarpone: A Delicious Easy Recipe

3 apples
35 grams butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
200 grams mascarpone
3 eggs
60 grams sugar

preparation :

Firstly peel the apple and cut it into cubes.
Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the apple pieces on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Then add both vanilla sugar and honey and keep stirring for 2 minutes, remove your apples and keep aside.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and then beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add mascarpone and continue whisking to mix well.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar using a mixer, then add them to the mascarpone mixture and stir with a spatula.
Place the apple in the bottom of the glass and then spread the mascarpone cream on top and keep it in the fridge.
When serving, sprinkle with grated dark chocolate and garnish with mint leaves.
