Thin Tartlets with Strawberries and Mascarpone

Strawberry pie is one of my favorite desserts. They’re easy to make, and you can use fresh or frozen strawberries.
The key to making a good strawberry pie is to use homemade or store-bought shortcrust pastry.
Whisk well and air with mascarpone cream and your tarts are ready.
Here’s the easy recipe, let’s get started!

material:

1 shortcrust pastry
250 grams mascarpone
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
30 grams icing sugar
100 grams strawberries
fruit of your choice

preparation :

First of all, preheat the oven to 200°, roll out the shortcrust pastry with a wheel, cut it into round shape.
Spread them in mini tart molds and prick the bottom with a fork and put them in the oven to cook for 12 minutes.
Take them out and let them cool, wash and cut strawberries and other fruits into slices.
Then beat the mascarpone with the icing sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed.
Divide the mascarpone into the tart base and then garnish with strawberry slices and fruit of your choice.
Finally, here are your best tartlets with strawberries and mascarpone, served and bon appetit for everyone.
