Watermelon Sorbet: The Easiest, Delicious and Healthiest Sweet of Summer!

Summer is synonymous with watermelon. This is the season when we find ourselves eating watermelons of every possible shape and size.
In fact, if you think of it as a dessert, you might even call summer “watermelon season.”
And since the weather has started to warm, we’ve been making lighter and fresher freeze treats more often than usual,
like sorbet.
These cool sweets are a great way to accessorize your summer outfit. They are great for your health too!

1 kg watermelon
90 grams sugar
juice of 1 lemon

preparation :

First cut the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Then put them in the bowl of your mixer, add lemon juice and sugar and mix everything on medium speed for 1 minute.
Put your bowl in the fridge for 45 minutes then put your preparation in the ice cream maker for 25 to 30 minutes.
Finally shape into balls and serve with watermelon slices without mint leaves and all in good appetite.
