Component:

For Cookie Base:

240 grams plain biscuits
80 grams butter

For stuffing:

1 liter milk
180 g sugar
50 grams cornstarch
1 pot of plain yogurt

For the Lemon Sauce:

12 cl lemon juice
30 ml water
50 g sugar
25 grams cornstarch
powdered yellow food coloring

Preparation :

Preparing the Cookie Base:

firstly, melt the butter and keep aside, place a square stainless steel mold on a plate and line the edges with parchment paper.
Then chop your biscuits in the bowl of your mixer, once powdered put them in a salad bowl.
Pour melted butter over the top, mix with marise and then pack them in an even layer into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Filling Preparation:

Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar and cornstarch, mix with a whisk and put on medium heat.
Cook till it comes to a boil, stirring occasionally – the mixture will thicken – then take the pan off the heat.
Add yogurt, mix with a whisk, let cool for a moment, take your mold out of the fridge and spread in an even layer.
Then put your mold back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of Lemon Sauce:

Add lemon juice to a saucepan, add water, cornstarch, food coloring – amount to your liking – then mix with a whisk.
Then add sugar, stir and keep on medium heat, stirring occasionally till the mixture thickens, let it cool for a while.
Take your mold out of the fridge then spread your lemon sauce in an even layer and put it back in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Remove the square mold, remove the parchment paper and then cut and serve, you can decorate with lemon slices, everyone has a good appetite.
