250 g flour
180 g sugar
120 grams butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder
100g candied fruit in pieces
100 grams raisins
First preheat your oven to 200°, soak the candied fruit with raisins in a bowl filled with cold water, melt the butter and leave to cool.
Beat the sugar with the vanilla sugar and melted butter in a bowl, and then add the eggs, beating after each addition.
Then add baking powder to the flour and knead the dough with the help of a whip.
Strain the candied fruits and raisins then add them to the batter and mix again to combine well.
Butter a cake tin then pour in your dough and bake for 45 minutes at 160° then put in the oven for 15 minutes to cook.
