75 g chocolate
145 g sugar
75 g flour
1 tbsp water
First, preheat your oven to 180° and line a square brownie pan with parchment paper.
Then melt the chocolate into pieces over a bain-marie in a bowl with water.
Blanch the eggs with the sugar in a bowl using a mixer then add the flour and mix with a whisk.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top and mix to make a uniform paste and add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Spread your dough into the mold and put it in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.
Finally let your cake cool down, cut into square pieces and serve to all with joy.
