Pizza with Spinach Pesto and Smoked Salmon, a great classic, but in pizza form that changes.

Spinach Pesto and Smoked Salmon Pizza

Component

4 whole wheat pancakes (fajita or naan)
1 small pot of spinach, basil, or other pesto
1 tomato, chopped
100 grams smoked salmon
80 grams mozzarella
Chilly
carom flowers

Preparation

Preheat oven thermostat to 6 to 7. Place 2 patties on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Generously brush each patty with spinach pesto. Sprinkle into strips with smoked salmon, tomatoes cut into small pieces, mozzarella, black pepper and thyme. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot with a small salad.
