250 grams flour
4 eggs
50 cl milk
50 grams melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
salt
For Stuffing:
500 grams spinach leaves
200 grams fresh cottage cheese
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder

Preparation of pancakes at home:
First of all, mix sugar and a pinch of salt in the flour and make a well in the middle.
Add the eggs and mix everything by hand or with a spatula.
Keep adding milk little by little, don’t hesitate to add milk, if your dough is thick then add melted butter and mix.
Heat a frying pan, then put a ladle in your batter, spread it over the entire surface and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn it over with a spatula, then increase the cooking time by 1 minute, repeating the same operation with the rest of the dough.
Preparation of Stuffing:
First, chop the onion and fry in a large pan with oil till it becomes transparent.
Then add spinach leaves, mix and cover the pan till the spinach is melted.
Add the black pepper, garlic powder, coriander and stir over medium heat, then add the paneer and stir with a spoon until melted.
Meeting:
Spread your stuffing on one pancake and place the other pancake on top and fold everything in half.
Then place it on a plate, and serve with tomato slices or as per your choice.
