Here’s how to make fluffy pancakes with 1 apple easily at home.

Component :

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 apple
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 pot of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • Salt

Preparation :

First of all, peel the apple and cut it into quarters and grate it and keep it aside.
Then prepare a homogeneous mixture by mixing the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, curd and a pinch of salt.
Then add half the flour, add baking powder and the rest of the flour and mix with a whisk, whisk to make a paste.
Then add grated apple and mix with spatula.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan then shape 2 tbsp of pancakes for each pancake, flattening them with a spatula.
Cover the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till bubbles start appearing on the surface, then flip them.
Then cook without covering for 2 minutes.
