Component:

– 125 grams flour
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 100 grams butter
– 100 grams of sugar
– 1 sachet baking powder
– 3 eggs
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– Salt

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then put butter and chocolate in pieces in a bowl and put it in the microwave to melt.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
Using your mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar in another bowl on medium speed
