Component:
– 380 grams flour
– 1 tsp fresh baker’s yeast
– 3 tbsp. oil on s
– 6 cl water

– 1 egg yolk
Preparation:
First, dissolve the yeast in a bowl with water.
Then put all purpose flour in the bowl of your robot, add water with oil, salt and yeast and knead at the speed of 2 for 5 minutes.
Place your dough in a bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 60 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a work surface, form 4 balls out of your dough, form a sausage with each ball, and cut it in half lengthwise.
Twist, place them on a plate covered with parchment paper and then leave to rest for at least 20 minutes, preheating your oven to 180 degrees.
Beat egg yolks, brush your buns, sprinkle sesame seeds on them, and then let them cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
