Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce: Savor the Sweet Satisfaction!

Profiteroles, also known as cream puffs, are a delicious dish loved all over the world.

Here’s a recipe for profiteroles with chocolate sauce that will impress everyone you serve!

Component:

For choux pastry: 24 cakes

80 g flour
50 grams butter
6 cl of skimmed milk
8 cl water
6 grams sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

For the Chocolate Sauce:

150g dark baking chocolate
120 g liquid cream

Preparation :

Preparation of choux pastry:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then pour milk and water into a saucepan, add sugar, butter and salt and heat over medium heat until the butter melts.
Once your mixture starts boiling, take the pan off the heat, add the flour and mix everything with a spatula to make a paste.
Return pan to medium heat and continue stirring with spatula for 2 minutes, until flour is dry.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the eggs, beating well after each addition.
Fill a pastry bag with your dough and make your puffs on a plate – about 2cm in diameter – and put in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.

Preparation of Chocolate Sauce:

First cut the chocolate into pieces and keep it in a bowl.
Then heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
Then pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir with a spatula to melt the chocolate.

Place your profiteroles on a plate then drizzle your chocolate sauce over them and serve for your dessert, for everyone to enjoy.
