Rum Cake, a delicious soft cake for breakfast, here is the easy recipe at home.

Ingredients: for 6 people

– 300 grams wheat flour
– 200 g sugar
– 200 g butter
– 6 cl of room
– 5 eggs
– 3 tsp baking powder
– 1 sachet of Alsa Custard Powder
– Salt
– fine sugar

Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, apply butter and take flour in a mould.
Then in a large bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, cream powder and a pinch of salt and mix.
Then add the butter and eggs on top and beat with your mixer on high speed for 3 minutes.
Add the rum and whisk for 1 minute more and then pour your batter into the mold.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 50 minutes.
Finally, you have your rum cake, let cool, unmold, sprinkle with icing sugar, cut and serve… good appetite everyone.
