Component:
- 150 grams rice
- 2 green and red chilies
- 3 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 80 grams corn
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt
- Chilly
Preparation:
First put the rice in a saucepan and pour water over it – about 24 cl.
After boiling, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the white part of the onion, mince the garlic, remove the seeds from the peppers and chop them.
Heat oil in a large pan, add ginger, garlic, onion and sauté on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring with a spoon.
Then add pepper, corn, sugar and mix everything for 1 minute on medium heat.
Then add salt and pepper, add soy sauce and brown on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Then add the sifted rice on top and mix everything for another 1 minute.
