Ingredients for 6 people – per serving 4 sp.

  • 240 grams rotini pasta
  • One sachet of frozen vegetable mix – about 500 grams.
  • 100 g 0% plain cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

First, put the pasta in a saucepan filled with boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
Then add the vegetables along with the garlic and pepper on top and cook for 8 more minutes.
Then add the cheese, cook over medium heat, stirring with a spatula, until the cheese melts.
finally, serve a pasta dish for your dinner and everyone will enjoy it.
