- 240 grams rotini pasta
- One sachet of frozen vegetable mix – about 500 grams.
- 100 g 0% plain cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation:
First, put the pasta in a saucepan filled with boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.
Then add the vegetables along with the garlic and pepper on top and cook for 8 more minutes.
Then add the cheese, cook over medium heat, stirring with a spatula, until the cheese melts.
