Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 9 sp.

  • 6 small chicken thighs
  • 240 g bread, sliced
  • 150 grams kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 orange, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 300°, heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Then season the chicken thighs with a little salt and pepper and cook them in the pan for 8 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet, place the orange slices on the baking sheet, and then place in the oven for 12 minutes.
Put 2 tbsp fat on the gas, heat it on low flame, put salt and pepper on top of the bread pieces and cook the bread for 6 minutes.
When the bread becomes crispy, take it out and add lemon juice to the pan and let it heat for 1 minute on medium flame.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the juice of the roasted orange slices – of the oven – with the mustard and 1 Tbsp olive oil, then mix everything.
