Raspberry Mascarpone Cream-Filled Tartlets: An Impressive Dessert

Mascarpone tartlets are an impressive and easy-to-make dessert.
They are simple to make and are always a hit with my friends and family.
These tartlets filled with raspberry mascarpone cream are the perfect dessert for any occasion.
They’re light and refreshing, but they’re also rich and decadent.

200 grams raspberry coulis
250 grams mascarpone
50 cl full fluid cream
150 g) sugar
200 grams white chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
a pinch of red food coloring

How to make Raspberry Coulis?

First of all, wash 250 grams of raspberries and mash them with the help of a fork in a bowl and make puree.
Then pass them through a sieve, pressing with a spoon just to keep the liquid.
And here is your homemade raspberry coulis.

Melt the white chocolate in chunks either in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
Then whip the mascarpone with the raspberry coulis in a bowl using your mixer on medium speed.
Add vanilla with red food coloring and continue to beat with mixer on medium speed.
Then add melted white chocolate and keep stirring on medium speed, cover the cup with cling film and keep in the fridge.
In another bowl, beat whipped cream with a mixer on medium to high speed.
Then take your salad bowl out of the fridge and mix both preparations with a spatula and fill a piping bag with your cream.
Finally fill your tart shells – see recipe – with your cream and let cool before serving.
