Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes: Quick and Easy Recipe!

A breakfast classic we all know and love.
It can be used to fill a special dessert.
Here I am sharing with you an easy recipe to make Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes, let’s find out!


175 g flour
2 eggs
1 vanilla pod
24 cl milk
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar

Preparation :

First separate the yolk from the egg white, cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with the tip of a knife.
Then in a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt – away from the yeast – sugar and vanilla seeds.
Pour the egg yolk on top and beat with a whisk, gradually adding milk, to obtain a homogeneous paste.
In another bowl, whip the egg whites using a mixer, then add them in 1/3 batches, mixing them with the marise.
Then keep the dough to set for 20 minutes.
Butter or lightly oil your pan, then cook your pancake over medium heat, pouring a ladleful of your batter into the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes, after bubbles appear on the surface, flip your pancake with the marissa and cook for another 2 minutes.
Finally, serve your pancakes with slices of fruit of your choice and wish everyone a good appetite.
