Zucchini Quick Top is a real delight for your main course, to accompany it with salad, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.

Component:

– 1 Shortcrust Pastry – See Homemade recipe.
– 3 zucchini
– 2 tbsp oil
– 100 grams goat cheese
– 60 grams grated cheese
– 16 cl of liquid cream
– 3 eggs
– Provence herbs
– Salt
– Chilly

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 200°, grease a pie pan with butter, wash and cut into small dice and the other into thin slices.
Then flour on a work surface, lower your dough with a rolling pin, spread it into the mold, bottom and sides, prick the bottom with a fork.
Brown the zucchini in a pan with the oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and Provencal herbs over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add the cream, a pinch of salt and pepper, the goat cheese in small pieces, and mix everything together.
Place small pieces of zucchini on the dough, pour your mixture over the top, and then place the zucchini pieces on top.
Sprinkle everything with grated Gruyere cheese and then put in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
