Potatoes with Onions and Mushrooms A delicious dish to serve with roast poultry or grilled meats, here’s how to make it easily at home.
Component :
- 6 potatoes
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 3 onions
- 24 cl water
- 6 cl of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
First peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into slices, cut the mushrooms into slices.
Then preheat your oven to 200° and place the mushrooms in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, season.
Pour oil from above, then after a layer of potatoes, apply a layer of onion on top.
Season, add water and then cover your dish with aluminum foil and put in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
Then remove the aluminum foil, mix the contents of the dish and return to baking in the oven for 15 minutes.
Finally presenting your potato dish with onions and mushrooms, sprinkled with parsley, serve and everyone has a good appetite.
