Pear Belle Helen: Delicious Dessert

For the Pear:
36 cl water
300 grams sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Chocolate Sauce:
120 grams dark chocolate
6 cl of milk
6 cl of 35% cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon butter
First, put water in a saucepan, pour sugar and lemon juice on top and let it come to a boil.
Then cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel pears — keep peduncle exclusively. – Empty them with a melon baller and then submerge them in the pan.
Cook on low heat for 25 minutes, turning from time to time until the pears soften.
Preparation of Dark Chocolate Sauce:
First cut the chocolate into pieces.
Then heat milk with cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Then remove the pan from the heat, add the sugar and then stir to melt it, then add the butter and stir to glaze.
After the pears have cooled, scoop them out and place on a plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
