Pizza dough
Component
350 grams flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
20 grams baker’s yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch salt
Preparation
Start by dissolving the yeast in a glass filled with 60 ml of lukewarm water with a teaspoon of sugar
Then put the flour, salt, olive oil in a salad bowl and pour over the mixing glass.
Mix everything well with your hand – you can add water if needed – to make a compact paste
Form a ball with your dough and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes before using it for your pizza.
