Ingredients make 15 cakes – sp 3 per serving.
- 200 grams flour
- 75 grams finely grated Parmesan
- 8 cl milk
- 90 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
Then mix all purpose flour with grated Parmesan in a big bowl, add yeast and salt on top and mix everything by hand.
Then add butter, paneer in pieces and keep mixing by hand.
Whisk the milk and the beaten egg in a bowl, then make a well in the center of the flour mixture, take the mixture out of the bowl and mix by hand.
Once you have the dough, shape small balls — 15 or 16 — onto the baking sheet, placing a space between them and then flattening them.
Finally put your baking sheet in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, let it cool down for a while and serve.
