Panna Cotta with Dark Chocolate and Vanilla: A crunchy dessert.

Today I want to share with you my favorite dark chocolate recipe: Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta.
This dessert is very easy to make, yet very tasty and satisfying.
The panna cotta is rich and creamy, and the dark chocolate ganache is a perfect finishing touch.

Here’s the easy recipe, let’s get started!


24 cl of milk
20 cl of liquid cream
1 vanilla pod
60 grams chocolate
4 tablespoons sugar
3 sheets of gelatin

preparation :

First put the gelatin leaves in a cup filled with cold water and let them soften, break the vanilla pod and collect the seeds.
Then in a saucepan put 12 cl milk with 10 cl cream, add half the sugar, seeds and vanilla pod and heat everything in a saucepan over medium heat.
When it comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat, remove the vanilla pod, then add half a sheet of colored gelatin and stir with a spatula.
After the gelatin has melted, divide the liquid into glasses, fill halfway, then put in the fridge for 60 minutes.
Heat remaining milk with cream and sugar and dark chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the pan from the heat, add the remaining gelatin, and stir with a spatula.
Leave to cool for a moment, then take your glass out of the fridge and pour your chocolate cream over the top.
Then put it back in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
