Oatmeal and Banana Muffins ww. A delicious soft cake that is perfect for your breakfast or snack, a Weight Watchers recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family, try this.
Ingredients make 12 muffins – sp 3 per serving.
- 12 cl of almond milk
- 6 cl of maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 grams almond butter
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 180g Old Fashioned Oatmeal
Preparation:
First preheat your oven to 180° and lightly butter your muffin tin – for 12 units.
Pour milk into the bowl of your blender then add syrup, vanilla, butter, sliced banana, vinegar, yeast, cinnamon, salt, flax and oats.
Then mix all the things at high speed for 75 seconds and make a paste.
Then fill the hole in your muffin pan with your dough, no more than 3/4 of the height.
Sprinkle some oatmeal on the dough and let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes… Let cool, take out and serve.
