Mustard Chicken Thighs

3 chicken thighs
1 onion
1 carrot
1 potato
1 tbsp mustard
Provence Herbs
parsley
Olive Oil
Salt
Chilly
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°.
Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in the center of a sheet of aluminum foil.
Then brush the thighs with mustard seeds and place them on top of the potatoes.
Cover with onion rings and carrot pieces.
Lastly add a drizzle of olive oil and then season with Provence herbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Close the aluminum foil and place it in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
