Component:
– 200 g risotto rice
– 150 grams of mushrooms
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 10 cl white wine
– 30 cl water
– Salt
– Chilly
– 1 tbsp crme fraiche
– parsley
– Cheese of your choice
Preparation:
First wash the rice and chop the onion.
Then brown the rice along with the onion and oil in your cookie bowl for 4 minutes in browning mode, stirring with a spatula.
Pour the wine over the top and let it brown for 2 minutes.
