- 600 g flour
- 24 cl whole milk
- 110g unsalted butter
- 50 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 6 g active dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt

First of all heat the milk at 50° in a saucepan and add 10 grams of sugar along with yeast, stir and keep it for 15 minutes.
