Mango and Mascarpone Cheesecakes – The Impressive Dessert of the Season
Mango Cheesecake is a delicious and easy to make dessert and is perfect for any occasion.
This recipe uses fresh mangoes, cream cheese, and plain cookies of your choice to make a delicious and impressive dessert.

250 gm biscuits of your choice
50 grams melted butter
300 grams mascarpone
240 g cream cheese from Philadelphia
75 grams icing sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
First, preheat your oven to 180° and place a sheet of parchment paper in the bottom of the springform pan.
Then crumble the cookie using either your food processor or just a food bag and a rolling pin.
Put the crushed biscuits in a bowl, pour melted butter on top, mix with a spoon and spread in a single layer in the mold.
Then put your mold in the oven to cook for 10 to 12 minutes, let it cool down at the end of cooking.
Meanwhile, cut the mango pulp into cubes and then puree the mango using your food processor along with the lemon juice and 1 Tbsp sugar.
In a large bowl using your mixer, whip the mascarpone with the cheese, then add the icing sugar and lemon zest in a trickle.
Spread your preparation over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 1 hour, then take out your mold and spread the mango puree over the top.
Then put your mold back in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Finally you have your Mango and Mascarpone Cheesecake, unmold, cut and red fruits of your choice and serve everyone with a good appetite.
