Ingredients for 12 muffins – 1 sp per serving.
- 180 grams flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt
- 1 natural yogurt
- 60 grams melted butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Strawberry Jam
For Garnish: - 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation:
First, preheat your oven to 180° and lightly butter a 12 unit muffin tin.
Then in a bowl mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Make a well in the middle, then in another bowl mix the curd, butter, milk, egg and vanilla.
Pour the milk mixture into the center of the dough and mix with your hands to make a paste.
Fill your mold halfway, pour 1 tsp jam on top and cover with dough.
Sprinkle your muffins with sugar and cinnamon and then put them in the oven to bake for 15 minutes… let cool and unmold afterwards.
