Homemade yogurt easy recipe with only 3 ingredients.

People have long been turning to yogurt for its many health benefits. Yogurt is a nutritious superfood rich in protein, calcium and other essential nutrients for a healthy body. Although store-bought yogurt is readily available in most supermarkets, many people are looking for other ways to enjoy this healthy treat. One of them is making curd at home. Homemade yogurt is the perfect way to enjoy all the goodness of yogurt while being cost-effective and customizable.

Component :

2 liters of milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp plain yogurt

Preparing Homemade Curd:

First of all pour the milk in a vessel.
In a bowl, whisk cornstarch with 2 tablespoons milk until cornstarch is well dissolved.
Pour the contents of the bowl into a saucepan and mix with a whisk.
Then put on medium heat and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
Preheat your oven to 100° – turn it off after 10 minutes – then let your milk cool down to 50° off the heat.
Mix 2 tablespoons of curd with milk in a bowl, pour it back into the saucepan and mix with a whisk.
Pour your milk into glasses or bowls, cover them with aluminum foil, place them on a plate and put them in the oven for 4 hours.
Then keep them in the fridge for 4 hours.
Finally you have your curd, serve with fruits of your choice, serve and bon appetit everyone.
