175 g flour
24 ml water
60 grams butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
First, pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and butter cubes.
Then put on medium heat and bring to a boil to melt the butter.
Once the butter is melted, take the pan off the heat, add the flour and mix it with a spatula to make a paste.
Then return the pan to medium heat for 3 minutes and stir with a spatula to dry the flour.
Place your dough in a bowl, stir it with a spatula to chill it slightly, and then make a well in the centre.
Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork, pour half into batter, mix well with spatula, then add remaining eggs.
Then mix with spatula to make a homogeneous paste.
Fill the pocket fitted with a fluted nozzle with your dough and form your churros on a square of parchment paper – sticks 8 to 10 cm long.
Place 4 sticks on each square and heat oil in a pan.
Then dip your steaks in a pan lined with parchment paper and cook for 3 minutes, until browned on both sides.
While baking, remove the parchment paper after a few seconds—it’s that easy—then place your churros on absorbent paper.
Finally serve everyone with melted chocolate and good appetite.
