For Pizza Dough:

500 grams flour
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 tsp olive oil
1 packet of baker’s yeast
25 cl water

For Garnish:

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
30 cl of tomato porter
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
100 g grated mozzarella cheese or Emmental cheese
Black olives

preparation :

Preparing Pizza Dough:

First of all take out the flour in a bowl, make two wells, put salt in the first and yeast in the second.
Then add water, stir to knead, and knead by hand on a clean work surface for at least 10 minutes.
Then add oil and knead it by hand for 5 to 6 minutes.
Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and leave it for 60 minutes so that the volume doubles.
Knead the dough and divide it into two parts, make two balls, cover them and keep them covered with a tea towel for 30 minutes.
With the help of a rolling pin, make two balls from the bottom of the two balls, place them on a plate covered with parchment paper.

Filling Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 200 degrees, chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Then add tomato coulis, Provence herbs, mix and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
