Yoghurt and Poppy Seeds Pancakes: The perfect breakfast option!

Component:

150 g flour
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 bowls of plain yogurt
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt
Oil

Preparation :

First of all, in a bowl mix flour, poppy seeds, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Then add the curd pots and mix with the marinade to make a uniform paste.
Cover the salad bowl and leave to rest at room temperature for at least 45 minutes.
Lightly oil a frying pan then heat it over medium heat, pour in a ladleful of your pancake batter.
Spread the dough into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer.
Finally, serve your pancakes with cream and fruit of your choice, enjoy your meal.
