Mandarin Mousse: For a super savory dessert.

When it comes to mousse, the flavor possibilities are endless. But one of my favorites is Tangerine Mousse.
This light and fluffy dessert is perfect whenever you want a refreshing treat.
An airy dessert will certainly impress your guests, and pulling it off isn’t as hard as you might think.
With just a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can make a mousse that everyone will love.


6 Mandarin
2 egg whites
3 jars of small swiss
2 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 sheets of gelatin

preparation :

First soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water.
Then make tangerine juice and filter it so that there is only liquid.
In a bowl, whisk the Swiss rolls with the icing sugar using a whisk, then heat the milk in a saucepan.
Pour the hot milk into a bowl, top with the drained gelatin sheets, mix and then add the Swiss cheese mixture.
Mix then add tangerine juice and shake to combine everything and divide into glasses.
With the help of a beater, beat the egg white with a pinch of salt and pour the mandarin mixture on top.
Place a slice of tangerine with lemon on top and keep it in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours.
