Extraordinary chocolate dessert, heart-melting delicious chocolate muffins, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.

Component:

– 125 grams wheat flour
– 175 g dark pastry chocolate
– 90 grams butter
– 100 grams of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 packet of baking powder
– squares of chocolate

Preparation:

Firstly, preheat your oven to 200° and grease a silicone muffin tin with butter.
Then in a bain-marie in a bowl with butter melt the chocolate in pieces and stir with a spatula.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, at the same time using your mixer to make a foamy mixture, then top with the flour and yeast.
Stir with a spatula, then pour over the melted chocolate and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
Fill the mold 2/3 full of batter, add a square of chocolate and cover the chocolate square with the rest of the batter.
Then put your molds in the oven to cook for 15 minutes, leave to cool for 10 minutes and unmold them.
