50 ml milk
8 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sugar

Preparing Chia Pudding with Milk and Raspberries:

First of all, pour milk in a bowl, add sugar and chia seeds to it.
Then beat with a whisk for 3 minutes.
Then put the bowl in the fridge.
During the first 2 hours, take out your bowl every 60 minutes and stir the ingredients so the chia seeds don’t stick together.
Put your salad bowl in the fridge for at least one night.
Cut half the raspberries in half and place them in the bottom of the glass, then pour your chia pudding on top.
Then garnish with whole raspberries and mint leaves before serving and enjoy your meal.
