Eggplant Lasagna recipe ww. A delicious dish for you to eat.
Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 6 sp.

  • 2 eggplants
  • 6 sheets of lasagna
  • 125 grams ricotta
  • 60 grams goat cheese
  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:

Firstly wash, peel and cut the brinjals and preheat the oven to 180°.
Then fry them with oil in a large pan over medium heat and stir.
Then pour tomato sauce on top and stir with a spoon for 3 minutes.
Then add the ricotta on top, mix and remove your pan from the heat and mash everything with a fork.
Put 2 sheets of lasagna in a lightly buttered sauce, top with 1/3 of your mixture, and repeat with the rest of the sheets.
Then put the goat cheese on top of the last layer and put it in the oven to cook for 35 minutes.
Finally, let it cool for a while, cut and serve… bon appetit tous.
