Easy Thin Pancake, a delight for your weeknight breakfast, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.
Component:
– 250 grams flour
– 36 cl milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 eggs
– 20 grams sugar
– 20 grams brown sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 25 grams unsalted butter, melted
Preparation:
First of all, sieve the flour in a vessel.
Then add eggs, sugar, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, melted butter and milk
Then mix all the ingredients either with a whisk or with the help of a mixer, the dough should resemble cream.
Heat your pan to medium heat, then grease it with some butter and pour 2 tbsp of pancake batter into the center of the pancakes.
Tilt it so that the dough spreads over the entire base of the pan.
Once the edges start to lightly brown and peel off the side of the pan, flip your pancakes over with a spatula and cook on the other side for 20 seconds.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle your pancake with melted chocolate, sprinkle with icing sugar and place a piece of fruit of your choice on top.
Finally you have your easy thin pancake, serve and enjoy your meal.
