- 500 g flour
- 240 g softened butter
- 180 grams icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- zest of 1 lemon
First of all, put butter in a bowl, add lemon zest and beat it with a mixer on medium speed.
Then add icing sugar and beat until a creamy mixture is formed.
Add 1 egg, beat and add another with a pinch of salt and continue to beat on medium speed.
Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder mixture, beat on low speed and then switch to manual mode.
Knead the dough well with your hands to mix all the ingredients well and get a uniform dough.
