125 g flour
100 grams butter
100 g sugar
1 packet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin.
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, put them in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice.
Then melt the butter either in a saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave for 35 seconds, set aside.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with beaters until pale, then add melted butter and continue to beat.
Add the baking powder, beat then add the plain flour and a pinch of salt and continue to beat with a whisk to get a paste.
When you have a smooth paste, add the apple pieces and mix with a spatula.
Pour your mixture into the mold and pop it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
