Easy Mirabell Plum Tart, a delight to have for your dessert today, here is the easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 1 shortbread or puff pastry
– 500 g Mirabelle plum
– 200 g heavy cream
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp rice syrup

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180°, wash, pit the Mirabell plums and cut them in half with a knife.
Roll out the dough on a work surface, using a rolling pin to roll out your dough, then roll it out into a pie pan.
Prick the bottom with a fork, cover it with a sheet of baking paper, place on top of the dried beans and put in the oven to cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the rice syrup in a bowl, then pour the cream over the top and mix everything together with a whisk.
At the end of cooking, remove the baking paper and dried beans, lay the Mirabell plums on the dough and then cover them with your cream.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
