Delicious leek pie, a real treat with your recipes, is here with an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.

Material:

– 1 Shortcrust Pastry – See Homemade Recipe
– 5 leeks
– 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk
– 48 cl of liquid cream
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp butter
– Salt
– Chilly

Preparation :

First, preheat your oven to 200°, butter the mini tart molds.
Then wash the cheeks, cut the white part into slices and keep some units, cut the rest of the white and green parts.
Heat oil in a large skillet and then add a pinch of salt and pepper and fry on medium-low flame for 15 minutes.
In a bowl beat the egg using a whisk with the egg yolk and cream, then add the leek and mix everything together.
Flour on a work surface, roll out dough with rolling pin then spread it into molds — at bottom and sides — prick down with a fork.
Divide your filling among the molds and then pour 4 to 5 reserved leek slices into each mold.
Then put your molds in the oven to cook for 30 to 35 minutes…
Lastly, we present the delicious Leek Pie, to be served and a good appetite for all.
