Classic apple sauce to spread on your brioche or pancake, here you’ll find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

– 6 apples
– 20 cl unsweetened apple juice or water
– 2 tbsp sugar or brown sugar

Preparation:

Firstly peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it into cubes.
Then pour the apple juice — or water — into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Then add the apple pieces, cover the pan, reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
At the end of cooking, remove the pan from the heat, mash your apples with a fork then add the sugar — or brown sugar — and mix with a spatula.
Then you can also add cinnamon, lemon or orange juice, lemon juice as per your taste and mix again.
Finally, distribute your sauces in jars and place them in the refrigerator, here’s your classic apple sauce, bon appetit tous.
