Chicken and corn soup recipe ww. A delicious light soup for your dinner.

Ingredients for 5 people – per serving 3 sp.

  • 250 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can of corn
  • 48 cl of milk
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 24 cl water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Salt
  • Chilly
  • fresh chives

Preparation:

Firstly, melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
Then cut the carrots into cubes, add chopped onions and stir with a spatula for 4 minutes, add flour and mix.
Then crumble the bouillon cube on top, add water, mix, add milk, corn, shredded chicken, salt and pepper and mix everything.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for 12 minutes.
Grill your bacon in a pan, then cut it into slices and place on absorbent paper.
Finally, serve your soup hot, sprinkled with slices of bacon and chopped chives, and a sprinkle of Bon Appetit with Chicken and Corn Soup Recipe.
