125g dark pastry chocolate
70 g flour
50 grams butter
75 grams brown sugar
12 cl fermented milk
35 grams coconut oil
30 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, butter and line a square mold with parchment paper.
Put the chocolate pieces in a bowl, add butter to the pieces and add coconut oil and melt it while stirring in a bain-marie.
Then add brown sugar on top and turn off the heat to get a uniform mixture.
Add eggs on top – 1 by 1 – beat after each addition. Then add fermented milk and mix with a whisk.
Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in another bowl and mix it in a chocolate bowl to make a paste.
Spread your dough into the mold with a spatula and pop it in the oven to cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Finally take out your chocolate cake from the mould, let it cool for a moment and cut into square pieces and serve with chocolate sauce, everyone has a good appetite.
