Try this Weight Watchers recipe, easy and for the whole family.

Ingredients for family – 1 tsp per tsp

  • 1 kg cherries
  • 450 g sugar – special for jam
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:

First, wash your cherries thoroughly and stone them.
Then place them in a saucepan, pour sugar on top and leave them to marinate overnight.
The next day, mix everything together, then put the pan on low heat and cook for 60 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
Then add lemon juice, mix and let it cool for a while.
Lastly, pour your jam into sterilized jars, close and turn… Serve and enjoy your meal.
