Paneer pancakes are a real delight with your coffee, here you will find the easiest recipes to make it at home.
Component:
– 180 grams flour
– 60 grams cornstarch
– 70 grams of sugar
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2 eggs
– 24 cl milk
– 6 cl oil
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 60 g cream cheese or ricotta
Preparation:
First, in a large bowl, mix all purpose flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder and salt and make a well in the center.
Then add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract, whisking to make a smooth paste.
Lightly oil a skillet over medium heat and then add over 6 cl of your flour and turn.
Cook for 1 minute, add 4 to 5 pieces of cheese — about 1/2 tsp — to each pancake — then continue cooking for 30 seconds.
Turn it over and continue cooking for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
