Ingredients for 6 people – 0 sp per portion.
- 1 liter chicken or beef broth
- 100 grams Cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 50 grams green beans
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- Salt
- Chilly
Preparation:
First wash the vegetables, peel and cut the grated carrot, zucchini and beans into small pieces, cut the onion and garlic and cut the cabbage.
Then in a saucepan with a little oil, fry the onion, garlic and carrot with a spatula on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Then pour the broth on top with tomatoes, cabbage, beans, basil, oregano and mix everything together and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini pieces and boil on medium heat for 5 minutes.
After the vegetables are tender, remove the pan from the heat and serve in bowls, bon appetit tous.
